Top note — the house
Most suppliers pick a side. Velmora runs both a fragrance bench and a flavour bench under one roof in İmes OSB, Ümraniye — because the chemistry, the analytical equipment and the discipline of building an accord are the same craft applied to two different senses.
Türkiye is not a convenience for us, it is the argument. Anatolian rose, laurel, citrus from Adana and Mersin, and mastic arrive at our door in days, not weeks. European compliance frameworks are the ones we already build to. Our clients get origin-fresh naturals with dossiers a Brussels auditor will accept — at a landed cost that Western European houses struggle to match.
We work in small, senior teams. The perfumer who reads your brief is the one who signs your submission, and the same person is on the call when you need the fourth iteration by Thursday.
Two benches
Each division has its own perfumer or flavourist, its own raw-material library and its own regulatory file. They share one analytical lab — which is why a brief that crosses categories does not cross companies.

Perfume oils built for the medium they live in — a shampoo base that shears, a candle wax that burns hot, a softener that has to survive nine months on a shelf in Dubai. We formulate to the application, not to a mood board.

How a brief becomes a batch
STAGE 01
Tell us the product, the base, the target cost per kilo and the market it ships to. If you have a reference you want beaten, send it. Within two working days you get a written direction back — accords we propose, the ones we would avoid, and why.
STAGE 02
The perfumer or flavourist builds three to five submissions and tests them in your actual base — not in ethanol, not in water. You receive dosed samples, the dosage recommendation, and the stability observation sheet in the same box.
STAGE 03
GC-MS lets us reverse-engineer a benchmark or rebuild a discontinued formula. It is also how we hit an aggressive cost target without the drop in performance that usually comes with it — we cut where the nose cannot tell, not where it can.
STAGE 04
Compounding from 3 kg to bulk drums, with the full document pack: IFRA certificate, safety data sheet, allergen declaration, halal certificate and certificate of analysis. We handle export documentation from İstanbul directly.
Base note — where it ships
Same-week delivery anywhere in Türkiye, invoicing in TRY, and a bench you can physically visit. Domestic clients get the shortest iteration loop we offer.
Oud, amber and musk profiles built for Gulf preference, plus alcohol-free oil concentrates and halal certification on every batch.
Formulated to EU 1223/2009 and the current IFRA amendment from the first submission, so your responsible person is not sending it back.
